Do you use Firefox? Try the extension called 'Sage'. It's a reader/rss thing that sits inside of Firefox. I use both Google reader and Sage, because sometimes it's nice to have the rss reader within Firefox so I don't have to click over to another page, other times the google reader has better features...oh, yeah, you can export your rss subscribe list and dump it into both of them so you don't have to subscribe twice.

cheers

So here is the deal hearsay. The reader is the best thing that ever happen to me since in my office six months ago installed this killer firewall system "Fortinet" http://www.fortinet.com/ and I haven't been able to log in to hearsay. Now that I have the reader I can bypass the system and get conected to hearsay. So please keep feeding to reader so you can keep rocking the corporate world. Thanks Cowboy Dan..
[...] When I think back through the new music I’ve listened to this year, its taken a turn for a bit more obscure stuff. This was by no means an intentional move, but a result of less exciting releases from the usual suspects (Sub Pop, Merge, etc.); coupled with checking through more of the blogs instead of Pitchfork. Google Reader probably affected my tastes more than any individual source. [...]
